Warranty Policy - Eman Communications
Warranty Coverage:
- Eman Communications warrants that all products and services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 month from the date of purchase.
- This warranty extends to products purchased directly from Eman Communications or an authorized distributor or reseller.
What the Warranty Covers:
- During the warranty period, Eman Communications will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
- This warranty covers the replacement of the defective product or parts only. It does not cover any associated costs such as installation, labor costs, or transportation.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, installation, or alteration.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Eman Communications or an authorized service provider.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
- To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please have your proof of purchase ready.
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
Limitations of Warranty:
- The warranty is void if the product is not used for its intended purpose or is misused in any way.
- This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by general wear and tear, or conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
